What is Artificial Intelligence

Artificial Intelligence is the most powerful technology in history by making machines intelligent and giving the ability to take decisions human-like. From Detecting the faces to loan should be approved or not.
In its simplest form, artificial intelligence is a field, which combines computer science and robust datasets, to enable problem-solving. It also encompasses sub-fields of machine learning and deep learning, which are frequently mentioned in conjunction with artificial intelligence.
How Artificial Intelligence has started:
The term "artificial intelligence" was first coined in 1956 at a conference at Dartmouth College.
Early AI research focused on developing algorithms and programming languages that could simulate human intelligence. One of the earliest AI programs called the Logic Theorist, was developed by Allen Newell and J. C. Shaw in 1955.
Types of Artificial Intelligence:
Weak A.I. is a type of artificial intelligence that focuses on only a single task such as Apple's Siri, Amazon's Alexa, IBM Watson, and autonomous vehicles.
Strong A.I. is a type of artificial intelligence in that which a machine would have an intelligence equal to humans; it would have a self-aware consciousness that can solve problems, learn, and plan for the future.
Real-time applications of Artificial Intelligence:
chatbots: Interactive chatbots like Siri, Alexa and others these chatbots are designed to improve responsiveness and customer experience. With the help of conversational AI (Artificial Intelligence), one can significantly improve the quality of customer service.
Autonomous vehicles have gained immense popularity these days as the manufacturing companies like Toyota, Audi, Volvo, and Tesla use machine learning to train computers to evolve and think like humans when it comes to driving in any environment and object detection to avoid accidents.
Spam Filtering Many email providers uses spam filtering to put unwanted messages in the trash or spam folders.
Face detection Our favorite devices like our phones, laptops, and PCs use facial recognition techniques by using face filters to detect and identify to provide secure access. Apart from personal usage, facial recognition is a widely used Artificial Intelligence application even in high security-related areas in several industries.
